Summary

The Board referred allegations that the Practitioner failed to comply with educations conditions imposed on his registration.

In reprimanding the practitioner, the Panel noted the Practitioner's e xtended failure to comply and to properly engage with Ahpra in relation to this non-compliance.

The Practitioner had been given multiple opportunities to comply with the conditions and cautioned by the Board twice, prior to being reprimanded.
