Summary

The Board referred allegations that the Practitioner failed to comply with conditions imposed on his registration which relate to record keeping, communication and appropriate assessment and management of a patient with suicidal ideation and/or self harm. The practitioner had been previoulsy cautioned by the Board for non-compliance.

The Panel decided to caution the Practitioner for his non-compliance and failure to comply with Standard 2.1 of the Code of Conduct.
