Summary

The Board referred allegations that the Practitioner had sent emails that were offensive and disrespectful, and included profanities, xenophobic language and threats to kill one recipients' family in response to receiving an unsolicited dental marketing email and a Covid-19 update from his professional association, the Practitioner sent the emails after consuming alcohol. The Panel decided to reprimand the Practitioner and impose conditions on his registration requiring him to attend for mentoring.
