Failure to cooperate with the investigation of a notification
It was alleged that a medical practitioner behaved in a way that constituted unprofessional conduct in that they failed to comply with repeated requests from AHPRA on behalf of the Board to respond to a notification.
The panel found that the allegation against the practitioner was substantiated and that they had behaved in a way that constituted unprofessional conduct under section 191(1)(b)(ii) of the National Law.
The panel cautioned the practitioner.
