If you’re an approved third party for an applicant or practitioner, you will also log in using the practitioner portal.

Practitioner portal

We’re bringing our services online progressively. This means doing some work outside of our core hours. The practitioner portal will not be available from 5:30pm to 1am AEDT.

As we rollout the new system, you may experience some technical issues. We're currently working on the following issues and apologise for any inconvenience.

Names are not printing on certificates of registration.
For the most accurate and up-to-date registration information, use the online Register of practitioners. It's the safest way for employers, practitioners, and the public to check registration details.

Error message for some practitioners when logged in to their portal account.

Existing account holders: user account migration in progress

Existing account holders, we are progressively updating your accounts in our new system and prioritising urgent applications.

If you attempt to log in and get stuck, please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 419 495 and one of our friendly staff members will help you.

Employer portal

The Ahpra Employer portal is where organisations who have entered into a data usage agreement can check practitioner registration details via the Practitioner Information Exchange or Multiple Registration Check. Click Employer login below.

If you are an approved third party for an applicant or practitioner and want to check their application, you’ll need to log in via the Practitioner portal.
