Certificate of Registration Status

Certificates of Registration

The Registers of Practitioners provides up to date information of a Health Practitioners registration status. The online registers are updated approximately 2 hours after an application has been approved. In addition, an electronic extract of the Certificate of Registration is made available via the practitioner Online Services approximately 2 hours after the application has been approved. Paper certificates will be delivered approximately 4 weeks (20 business days) after the date from which the application has been approved.

Request a Certificate of Registration

A Certificate of Registration Status can be requested to prove your current registration status to another registering authority or college.

The information provided by Ahpra will include details of any current proceedings, conditions, undertakings, suspensions, de-registrations or any other information relevant to an application for registration.

The certificate will be forwarded directly to the registering authority or college. It will not be forwarded to the requesting registrant or any other party.
