Restriction description

A practitioner with this restriction must not practise until we remove the condition from their registration.

We monitor compliance in several ways, including by checking that the practitioner is not practising by:

  • getting independent data from Services Australia, Private Health Insurers, the Department of Veteran’s affairs and the National Disability Insurance Scheme
  • contacting the practitioner’s senior person at previous practice locations
  • visiting the practitioner’s previous practice locations.
