You have the right to express your concerns, seek an explanation and make a complaint if you're dissatisfied with your healthcare experience or outcome.

As part of a joint project between Ahpra and the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare, a series of animations for patients, families and carers have been released. These videos have been developed to help you find the right support and resolve issues related to your healthcare experience or outcome.

Developed with input from consumers lived experience, these animations provide practical tips, explain healthcare rights, and guide consumers through the complaint process, including where to begin and where to go for help if you need to take your complaint further.
