Call for applications for appointment to the list of approved persons for appointment to panels for the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and the Victorian Board of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) supports the 14 National Health Profession Boards in their primary role of protecting the public. AHPRA manages the registration and notification handling processes for health practitioners and students across Australia.

State, territory and regional boards exercise their functions in the jurisdiction to provide an effective and timely local response to health practitioners and other persons.

Applications are now sought from health practitioners for appointment to the Victorian Board of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia who reside and practice in Victoria to fill the following vacancies:

  • Registered nurses
  • Enrolled nurses
  • Registered midwives 

Applications are also now sought from enrolled nurses and registered midwives for appointment to the list of approved persons for appointment to panels who reside and practice in the following jurisdictions:

  • Registered midwives - all jurisdictions*
  • Enrolled nurses - all jurisdictions*
