Call for applications for appointment to the AHPRA Community Reference Group

Applications are now sought to fill vacancies on the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Community Reference Group.

The Community Reference Group performs an important advisory role to complement the functions of community members appointed to National Boards under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, as in force in each state and territory (the National Law), in protecting the Australian community.

Applications are sought from active and engaged consumers or community advisors who can represent the interests of the community.

Appointments may be for up to three years, with eligibility for reappointment. Successful candidates will be appointed by the Community Reference Group Steering Committee, who governs the operation of the Community Reference Group. Applications will be assessed by a selection advisory panel.
